General Reminders
A complete and clean uniform must be worn to every class. When
entering or leaving the school, please wear a cover up or a dress over the
leotard. All dancers should shower daily and use deodorant (when age suitable). Dancewear
should be washed on a daily basis or an after each use basis. To avoid
fading you should hand wash and hang dry all your student(s) dance
leotards. NO heavy sprays/perfumes/lotions are permitted. All dance
uniforms and dance shoes must be labeled. A dance bag should be used
to keep student's belongings together. The school is not in any manner
responsible for lost or stolen items.
NO STREET SHOES ARE ALLOWED ON THE STUDIO FLOORS.
FOR HYGIENE REASONS, DANCE SHOES MAY NOT BE WORN
OUTSIDE THE SCHOOL. THIS INCLUDES HIP HOP SHOES.
Dancers must not wear underwear beneath their ballet tights and
leotard. The only EXCEPTION is children under the age of 5.

should be without stains, runs or holes. All class leotards and dance related attire
should be purchased through Discountdance.com.
Hair
Students are to wear their hair in a properly secured bun for ballet classes. A bun or ponytail is acceptable for all other classes. All stray hairs or fly-always need to be brushed down and
secured with gel or grease. NO EXCEPTIONS. Boys should maintain
neatly groomed haircuts.
